1. Posterior pelvic tilt plank

This may look like a normal table, but it is not! Do this to feel the tension in your core to a whole new level.

Here’s how to do it:

  • – Start in a plank position with your forearms on the floor.
  • – Rotate your hips back and nail your elbows and toes into the ground, pulling them toward the middle of your body.
  • – Squeeze your abs tight, so that you cannot hold the position for more than 10 to 15 seconds.

2. Iron with reach

Don’t move too fast, because then you won’t be able to get the best of this exercise!

Here’s how to do it:
– Start in a plank position and slowly stretch one arm forward until your elbow is straight.
– Lower the arm back to the ground and extend the other arm.

3. Body saw

Make sure your shoulders don’t go past your elbows; that’s the trick to mastering this exercise.

Here’s how to do it:

– Get into a plank position and slowly press your arms towards the floor.
– Pull your arms down, until your elbows are directly below your shoulders to complete one rep.
